Building on their several years of professional experience and business relations, the founders and co-operating partners of INTERLEX Communications Kft.® set as their objectives to create a flexible and effective organization capable of satisfying customers' demands at the highest possible level in different, yet related and converging fields. Experience shows that more and more customers encounter difficulties due to the fact that the complex challenges they have to face can only be solved by simultaneously involving a number of different specialized companies. Our Budapest-based team offers a one-stop-solution to the customers' complex tasks by combining the large number of different areas of expertise represented by our members. Alex Lawani, the Company's Senior Partner and Managing Director had been working as a professional interpreter and translator in Hungary since 1992. By 1997 increasing customer requirements and market demands necessitated the founding of a financially stabile organization in control of state of the art technology through which efficient coordination of the highly professional translator and interpreter teams could be ensured. As a result, INTERLEX Communications Kft.® was established in late 1997 to provide professional translation services in addition to fulfilling all related requirements of the customers, including documentation, editing and lay-outing. The company has been showing steady growth and continuous development since its establishment; the corporate name, INTERLEX Communications Kft.®, has been a registered trademark since 1999. In line with their commitment towards quality, INTERLEX Communications Kft.® introduced certified ISO 9001:2001 Quality Management System in December 2002.

INTERLEX Communications' team set its objectives to satisfy customers' needs at the highest possible level, offering solutions to all of those issues which would be difficult to solve within the customer's own structural framework. Through effective combination of our resources and professional knowledge, in addition to providing comprehensive translation and interpretation services, we also offer documentation and lifting, preparing the documents in both Hungarian and foreign languages, including full graphic design, reproduction and printing. Moreover, we organize and implement professional, scientific and other events, ensuring all necessary related services and personnel, such as professional master of ceremony, moderator or facilitator, catering services with cold and hot dishes and the decoration, as required by our clients.

Based on our expertise gained in project planning and management, further to the preparation, translation and submission of tender materials, we provide consultancy and services in the fields of recruitment, organizational development and training, marketing and PR, offering press monitoring services and overall administrative support as well. Considering the requirements of our foreign and multinational customers and our relevant experience, we take on the administrative tasks with regards to relocation, governmental authorizations for legal and alien registration (DSP) issues, obtaining work and residence permits and setting up businesses in Hungary, so that they can effectively meet those ever changing challenges created by our globalizing environment.

We are convinced that a precondition to providing efficient and, more importantly, cost effective services to our clients is our state-of-the-art, continuously developed IT and telecommunications background including powerful computers, photocopy machines, printers, faxes and broad-band Internet access. Tailor-made and professional off-the-shelf software support all phases of our work. Electronic exchange of document and image files between our office machines and the home PCs of the members of our staff is a prerequisite. Our premises are located in a modern office building in district I of Budapest, where 24-hour reception and maintenance services ensure comfortable working conditions.
